Sign up for MY PORTAL search that sends new and updated listings directly to your email, days before Zillow,, and Trulia. Our vast Coldwell Banker Heritage network allows REALTORS® to match buyers and sellers more efficiently, giving you an edge on the market.


We can show you properties within the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) available only through your REALTOR®, For Sale By Owner (FSBO) properties, builders and new construction, private showings of open houses, and other non-MLS listings.

Offer & Negotiation

The process of negotiation can be daunting. Performing a data-driven Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) provides statistics to recently sold and currently active properties to ensure your offer is fair market value. We will submit your offer on your behalf and assist you with negotiations to provide you with the best possible deal.

In-Contract to Closing

Once your offer is accepted the hard part begins. Inspections, appraisals, and post-inspection repairs can take up time and money. We work closely with our lending and title company affiliates to ensure you close on time.
